All requests to reserve the use of district buildings and athletics facilities must be submitted through the Facilities Management Express (FMX) System.

The following procedure has been put in place to ensure that our athletic and school programs have the facilities as needed. Athletic facilities are scheduled by seasons—four to six weeks before the start of the next season (seasons approximate start date: Fall-middle of August, Winter-beginning of November, Spring-middle of March, and Summer-middle of June). Coaches are asked to submit their facility use for the season.
