We are thrilled to announce our partnership with FinalForms, an advanced online forms and data management service. FinalForms enables you to effortlessly complete and sign athletic participation forms for your student(s) from the convenience of your home. What makes FinalForms truly exciting is its ability to retain data season-to-season and year-to-year, eliminating the need for redundant entries. It also auto-populates information wherever possible, saving you valuable time.

You can access and review your data anytime to ensure it remains up-to-date. Annual form signing and updates are streamlined for your convenience.

To get started with FinalForms, please refer to the attached "Parent Playbook."  Should you need further assistance during the process, simply navigate to the bottom of the page and click the "Get Help" button in the bottom right corner.

We kindly request that all parents/guardians of students planning to participate in sports during the 2025-2026 school year create accounts in FinalForms and register their student(s) by August 1, 2025.

Please register at: https://howell-mi.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, register your student(s) and sign your forms. Parents will need their student(s) @howellschools.com email address to complete the process.
