Mental Wellness Resources

The Livingston Educational Service Agency (LESA) has partnered with ParentGuidance.org to provide a new resource to families in Livingston County. Through this partnership, ParentGuidance.org will offer a wealth of free resources to each family with a child attending school in Livingston County.

These resources include:

  • On-demand courses that parents can access to help support their child
  • On-demand self-help courses for parents
  • Access to an individual parenting coach for up to 30 minutes each week
  • The ability to message a coach and receive responses within 24 hours when families experience difficult moments

Parenting coaches are not school employees, do not work in our schools, and coaching is not reported to the schools. Interactions with the coaches are confidential and compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

ParentGuidance.org is intended to be used by parents and will not be used in the school setting.
