Class Name: Gentle Yoga


Class Description: This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. This class is slower paced and focused on developing safe alignment in foundational poses. Benefits include better flexibility, mobility, and general strength. Come learn, break a sweat, and have fun in a supportive environment. All skill levels are welcome.


Duration: 1 hour 


Time and Date: Thursdays, 6:15pm to 7:15pm 


Cost: $10 drop in fee

         $56 for 8 class pack 
How to Sign Up:

To purchase a pack, please click the "sign-up" button after selecting this link: here.
Once the pack has purchased, you can use the same link (here) and log into your account. Once logging into your account, under the booking tab, you will find "book a session". From there you will be able to book a session for the pack you have purchased.
