Physicals for 2023-24
For the 2023-24 school year, an MHSAA sports physical is required for all students who participate in sports. A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2023 to be considered a valid physical for 2023-24.The MHSAA two-page physical form has not changed and is available on MHSAA.com.
