Pre-register without a pack: Select "Not a Member, Make a Booking". Make sure to use the same name and email every time you make a booking.
Pre-register with a pack: Enter email & password and select "Member Log In". Under the booking tab, select "book a session".
How to purchase a pack: Select "sign-up" > Fitness Memberships 
We are now offering splash aerobics, deep water aerobics, splash and deep combo pack, open swim, and lap swim session packs! To purchase a pack, please click the "sign-up" button after selecting this link: here.
Once the pack has purchased, you can use the same link (here) and log into your account. Once logging into your account, under the booking tab, you will find "book a session". From there you will be able to book a session for the pack you have purchased.

Water Aerobic Classes:

Splash Aerobics
Monday's and Wednesday's @ 8:00a.m.

Held in the shallow, the certified silver sneakers instructor will lead a full body workout using a variety of equipment. The class is a mix of balance, strength, core and cardio. This is a Silver Sneakers class, free to all silver sneakers members.

Water Aerobics
Thursday's @ 11:00a.m., Friday's and Saturday's @ 8:00a.m.

Held in the shallow end of the pool. The instructors will lead a fully body workout with cardio, weights and noodles. What ever you put in to it is what you get out of it. Silver Sneakers members are welcome at almost half price or purchase a monthly membership at a discounted rate. 

Deep Water Aerobics
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., and Tuesday 11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. 
 
Held in the deep water, the instructor will lead a full body workout using flotation belts, water dumbbells and noodles. The class is a mix of toning, strength and cardio. A great workout for all fitness levels. Silver Sneakers members are welcome at almost half price or purchase a monthly membership at a discounted rate. 

Cycling
Monday, Wednesday, Friday @8:30am
Tuesday @ 6:00pm
Saturdays @ 9:00am (every other)


Our cycling classes are held in our upstairs pool observation room. Group cycling is led by an instructor and simulates riding on flat terrain or hills while incorporating sprints, jumps, and leisure rides. This is a fast paced class that will get your heart pumping and your legs burning. Pre-registration is highly recommended as bikes are limited. Our bikes are equipped to be used with regular shoes or clip in shoes. You must bring water and a towel is recommended.
