We are excited to welcome families, visitors, and volunteers into our school buildings. To help ensure the safety of our students and staff, we use a secure visitor management system to screen all individuals entering beyond the main office during the school day. When visiting your child’s school, you’ll use the door buzzer and secure entrance.
If your visit takes you beyond the main office, you’ll be asked to check in using a government-issued ID, which will be scanned and checked against a national database of registered sex offenders. No other personal data is collected or shared with outside agencies. If you do not have a U.S. government-issued ID, our office staff can assist you by manually entering your information. Once approved, the system will print a visitor badge with your name, photo, date, and reason for visiting. Please remember to stop at the office to sign out when your visit is complete.
If you’re dropping off items or picking up your child, you won’t need to complete the full check-in process. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
