Empowering students to be successful citizens

What's Happening

From the Superintendent's Desk

Dear Families,

Over the past few years, there has been a very concerted effort at Howell High School to encourage students to pursue post-secondary educational opportunities. For some students, this means attending a traditional four-year college or university. For others, it means pursuing an apprenticeship or entering a skilled trades program. This effort has been strengthened through a partnership with the Livingston County College and Career Access Network or LCCAN. To support this work, LCCAN is hosting a fundraiser on Thursday, April 26. The Championing Futures Road Rally is an exciting scavenger hunt that will take participants to locations along Grand River from Brighton to Fowlerville. All of the proceeds from the event will be used to fund scholarships for Livingston County students entering a skilled trade program in 2018. To learn more, please visit
