Online Registration/Physical Information
We have partnered with Final Forms for online registation. Please click here for more information. For the school year, an MHSAA sports physical is required for all students who participate in sports. A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2025 to be considered a valid physical for 2025-26. The MHSAA two-page physical form has not changed and is available on MHSAA.com.
