Splash Aerobics: Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 - 8:45 a.m. and Thursday 11:00 - 11:45 a.m.
Held in the shallow, the instructor will lead a full body workout using a variety of equipment such as, water dumbbells, noodles, kickboards and of course, yourself. The class is a mix of balance, strength, core and cardio. A great workout for all fitness levels.
Deep Water Aerobics: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m., and Tuesday 11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Held in the deep water, the instructor will lead a full body workout using flotation belts, water dumbbells and noodles. The class is a mix of toning, strength and cardio. A great workout for all fitness levels.
