The Our Kids, Our Community, Our Future Bond will bring significant improvements to Hutchings Elementary, focusing on safety, learning environments, and infrastructure. Safety will be enhanced with updated security cameras, while new classroom furniture will create more engaging learning spaces for students. Teaching tools will be modernized with updated instructional technology, new classroom equipment, and upgraded technology infrastructure. The bond will also address aging infrastructure with selective replacements of sidewalks, pavement, and curbs, as well as roofing and interior doors. Additional updates include new window shades, upgraded restroom fixtures and accessories, new temperature controls, and classroom unit ventilators
