Coyote Fitness Club...

The Coyote Fitness Club is a club for students and parents at Southeast Elementary in the Howell Schools District. Participants meet every Wednesday after school and learn about healthy ways to exercise and stay fit. If you have something you can offer to teach, you can contact the program leaders Mr. Shrock and Mrs. Osborn from the page below.

Stressed Out?!?!

Believe it or not, there is such a thing called "good" stress. This is the kind of stress that helps you do better on a test because you really want yourself to do good. Too often, though, the stress in our lives is not good. Whether it's because you are taking too many classes, or have to catch up because you were slacking, or because sports are getting in the way of academics, these tips can really help reduce the amount of stress in our lives.

  7. About 25% of what adolescents eat is considered junk food, such as deep-fried foods, desserts, regular soft drinks, candy, cookies, pie, and cakes.
