We should all try to exercise daily.

Exercise IS NOT Just for Adults!!!

Kids need exercise too! Running outside and playing kickball are types of exercise, but what else counts? This great website offers information on Why Exercise is Cool and other great stuff all about Kids Health. Oh yeah... another great way to get your kids to exercise is for you to do it with them!!!


How to Burn Extra Calories...

  • Buy a pedometer as a reminder to keep moving.
  • Keep an mp3 player at your desk and go for a lunch-hour walk.
  • Walk to your coworkers desk to talk to them instaed of calling them.
  • Play with your kids by running in the yard, playing tag, or playing sports with them.
  • Incorporate exercise into chores by doing leg-lifts while washing dishes and lunges while you vacuum.
  • DO NOT use the elevator, take the stairs.
