Generation and Printing of Report Cards

Elementary

 

Creation and printing of report cards is a two step process:

1. Generate Report Cards
2. Print report cards

 

Below are the directions for each step.

 

Generate Report Cards

 

1. http://www.webgrader.com/
2. Logon as a system administrator
3. From the ‘Report Cards’ menu, select ‘Generate/Generate Report Cards’ as pictured below:

 

 

4. For the grading period, select Quarter 1

 

 

5. You have the option to generate report cards by single grade level, or all levels.  The following option generates the report cards for all 1^st grade students, quarter 1

 

 

The following option generates report cards for all students, quarter 1.

 

6. Wait 15 minutes

Printing Report Cards

 

1. http://www.webgrader.com/
2. Logon as a system administrator
3. From the ‘Report Cards’ menu, select ‘Print/View Print by Grade’ as pictured below:

 

Presenting you with…

 

 

4. For the grade level you wish to print report cards for, set the Grading Period to the current quarter.  The settings in the following example will print the report cards for 2^nd graders, Quarter 1.

 

 

5. Hit ‘Run Report’          
6. Continue with step 1 for each grade level
