Entering comments at the elementary level

 

For comments to appear on the printed reports generated centrally (as opposed to what is available for parents when they login to WebGrader), we need to use Report Card Comments.

 

1. From the “Report Card” menu, select “Comments”

 

 

 

2. From the select a student drop-down menu, select the student you would like to enter comments for presenting you with:

 

 

 

3. The “Comment Key” below will be used for marking comments.  For comments 1-10 please use the selections 1,2,3,4 (Excellent, Satisfactory, Inconsistent, Lacks Effort).  For the Adaptations / Differentiation section (items 21-25), please use only the comment select ‘X’ for Applies to Student.

 

 

 

4. Be sure to hit the ‘Save’ button in the upper right.
5. Continue for each student
