To POST to the HPS BIG BOARD:

1. New Mail Message
2. Select HPS Big Board from Global Listing OR type in HPS BIG BOARD in the “To” box
4. Type in subject line
5. Type message - insert pictures
6. Send

To VIEW the HPS BIG BOARD:

1. Select Folder List on the bottom left – see the orange part of the picture below
2. Click on the + sign next to Public Folders
3. Click on All Public Folders and you will see the HPS Big Board
