Michael E. Yenshaw
President
Mr. Yenshaw was originally appointed to the Board in October 2007 and again in August 2009 for partial terms. He was elected to four-year terms in 2012 and 2016. He retired from the Michigan State Police as a Trooper in 2016, after a 31-year career and is currently employed as a Support Enforcement Officer for the Livingston County-Friend of the Court. Mr. Yenshaw earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Detroit in 1983. He has been married for 20 years to Rosemary (Mimi) Yenshaw and has three daughters, Shelby Szymanski, Sierra and Alexis Yenshaw, all who graduated from Howell High School.

Vice President

Mrs. Pasini was elected to four-year terms in 2012 and again in 2016. She is a Caseworker II for the Oakland County Circuit Court/Family Division where she has been employed for over 16 years. She has been active in her neighborhood association, Elementary PTO, and in a variety of committees throughout the district.  Mrs. Pasini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Additionally, she has completed a year-long leadership training through Oakland County. Mrs. Pasini and her husband Scott have four daughters.

Mr. Earl was elected to a four-year term in 2014. He is currently a Federal Sales Director for a global IT company and raises cattle and other animals on his family farm, which dates back to the 1860’s. Mr. Earl graduated from Howell High School in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hillsdale College. His wife Jennifer is an English Language Arts Teacher at Highlander Way Middle School. Together they have four children, with one Howell graduate, and the other three attending within the district.

Ms. Trudell was elected to a four-year term in 2014.






 Gregg Gilligan Headshot


Gregg Gilligan
Trustee
Mr. Gilligan was elected for a four-term in 2014. He has served in the armed forces on an Aircrew, worked as an  Aerospace Engineer in Ergonomics, as a medical equipment supplier (Certified Orthotist), and as a high school math and science teacher. Mr. Gilligan holds a Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in Multidisciplinary Science from Wayne State University. He and his wife Roberta have two adult children.

Mrs. Tarara was elected for a four-year term in 2016. She is a business owner in downtown Howell and is very involved in her community. She has served on the Howell MainStreet DDA Board as Secretary and chaired its Design Committee. Mrs. Tarara, a Howell High School alumna, attended Northwood University where she double majored in International Business and Management with a minor in Spanish. Mrs. Tarara and her husband have two children, one of whom currently attends elementary school in the district.

Trustee

Mr. Wilcox was originally appointed to the Board in June 2015 and elected to a four-year term in 2016. He has been an attorney for over 15 years in Livingston County where he practices in several different areas of law, including criminal and divorce. He previously worked as an adjunct professor at Cleary University and has worked for both General Motors and Chrysler Financial. Mr. Wilcox is active in the community and is a former Special Olympics basketball team coach. A graduate of Howell High School, Mr. Wilcox earned a Business Degree from Grand Valley State University, a Master’s Degree from Texas A&M International University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy. Mr. Wilcox and his wife, Stacey, have two children.
