Howell, Michigan, May 5, 6, and 7, 2008: With the many hours of critical thinking, personal expression, and creative problem solving, the senior students, along with juniors, sophomores and freshman from Howell Public Schools are holding their 1st Annual Student Art Show and Film Festival to share in their accomplishments.

This free event will take place:

Opera House ---
Monday May 5, 2008 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM,
Tuesday May 6, 2008 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM,
Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 4:00 – 6:30 PM

Howell Theater ---

Students Film Festival
Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 7:00 – 8:00 PM

With the gracious support of two of Howell’s cornerstone facilities (Opera House and Howell Theater), our students have planned, organized, and assembled a wide variety of student artworks that will amaze you. From traditional pencil drawings and gorgeous oil paintings and 3 dimensional wonders of metals and ceramics, to the ever-expanding digital arts of photography, film and graphic design, there will be something there for everyone to enjoy and purchase.

Admission is free.
