This site is an amazing collection of preserved audio, music, moving images, and text. It also has a preserved "snapshot" of the internet so you can look up now defunct sites. This is a great way to perserve our electronic culture.

This seems like a good starting point for reviews, best-seller lists, and award lists. If you are looking to buy, I always suggest starting with AddAll, an aggregator of common booksellers that adds up total shipping and cost for used titles.
