KENSINGTON LAKES ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS
COMPETITIVE CHEERLEADING
SCHEDULE:
Single round robin of dual meets (weeks 1 -10) within the Division with a Conference Championship Meet week 11 (one week before the MHSAA Regional). Duals will be held on alternating Wednesdays, utilizing a Monday when needed. This will minimize the increase of officials needed on one night. Example:

Dual meets will consist of freshmen, junior varsity and varsity held at the same school. Meets will begin at 7:00p.m. and follow the MHSAA rules for competition.
CHAMPIONSHIPS:
A) Division - School with the best division record after 5 division games will be the Division Champion. Ties will be declared Co-Champions.
B) Conference – MHSAA format and rules will be followed. Upon completion of each round, the head coach will have 10 minutes to check the score sheet for accuracy, sign the sheet for verification and return it to the judges table to become official. A Conference Meet will be held in each conference. The conference champion will be based on the final total points of the conference meet. If there is a tie, the winner will be determined by the round 3 score from the day.
AWARDS:
A) Individual Honors:
- 44 Individuals will be recognized with All-Conference honors.
- Coaches will submit a list of their 15 athletes in rank order from 1-15 prior to the Conference Meet.
- Based on their placements, individuals will be selected from the list in rank order to receive recognition starting at the highest level and working down. The All-Conference breakdown is as follows:

GENERAL INFORMATION:
A) Equal warm-up facility space will be provided for each team.
B) Dual Meet Format
Warm-up will begin promptly according to the meet schedule, five minutes/team in the same rotation listed below:
