The Howell Public School District is one of the fastest growing districts in the State of Michigan. Serving 167 square miles in the heart of Livingston County (population 160,000-plus), Howell Public Schools is a dynamic school district. The largest employer in our County (with over 1,700 full- and part-time employees), our District operates seven elementary schools (grades K-5), two middle schools (grades 6-8) and one comprehensive high school (grades 9-12); Howell High School is separated into a 10-12 and a Freshman Campus configuration.
