Through Community Education, all residents of the Howell community can be involved in the educational process. The components of Community Education established worldwide are those to which we also subscribe:

*An educational program for school-age children
*Maximum use of school facilities
*Enrichment programs for children and youth
*Academic and leisure time programs for adults
*Coordination and cooperation with community agencies
*Community involvement
