Howell High School’s Senior Survivor fundraiser is back for another year. This year’s 14 Senior Survivors will arrive at the school on Sunday, April 29, with the goal of staying until Friday, May 4. Throughout the week the Senior Survivors will fundraise during the day and compete in immunity and reward challenges at night. Each day, two students will be eliminated and sent home based on the amount of money raised.  The student who raises the most money during the week will be named the winner of Senior Survivor. This year, the senior class voted to support two organizations, LACASA and The Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance.

This year’s Howell High School Senior Survivors are Madelynn Adams (Team ADAM$), Craig Douglas (Team C-Dougie), Natalie Chandler (Team Chandelier), Carty Smith (Team C-$MITTY), Dannah Janke (Team Dirty Dan), Jeremy Coen (Team J. Co), John Lynch (Team J-Lynch), Josh Trierweiler (Team Joshwerska), Riley Kirkpatrick (Team Krikpatrick), Katelin Bensman (Team KT), Laelae Amituanai (Team Laelow), Jack Seck (Team LL Cool Jack), Madeline Bradner (Team Madbrad), and Reanne Szafranski (Team Skii). New this year, the Senior Survivors will be supported by Junior Survivors. The Junior Survivors are fifth grade students at Southwest Elementary who have been paired with a Senior Survivor and will fundraise on behalf of the Senior Survivor.

Last year, Senior Survivor raised more than $78,000 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Over the past ten years, the students of Howell High School have raised more than $250,000 for various charities. To learn more about this year’s Senior Survivors, or to make a donation, please visit
