Understanding Your School Board

The Howell Public School Board is an elected body representing the Howell Public School District. The length of the term is four years. Board meetings are held twice monthly on the second and fourth Monday, at 7:00 p.m., with some exceptions. A list of the regular sessions for the 2008-09 school year are posted below. (Calendar approved by the Howell Board of Education July 14, 2008.)

Board meetings are accessible to all members of the public. If you need assistance while attending the meeting, please contact the School Board Office in advance of the meeting date, either by telephone (517) 548-6234 or by e-mail, and we will be glad to assure accommodations for you.
