FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
Non-swimmers and children under 48” must be accompanied in the water by an adult. During each Open, and Family, swim anyone under 12 years of age may be asked to take a swim test before using the deep end at the lifeguards’ discretion. Any person needing a floatation device needs to wear Coast Guard approved equipment only, and be within arms’ reach of an adult in the water. All floatation devices are allowed only in the shallow end. Toys and noodles provided and allowed in shallow end. Safety breaks may be conducted periodically. Diving board, slide, and hot tub may be closed at guards’ discretion also. Thank you for your cooperation.

F.Y.I.:

On occasion, the Aquatic Center experiences a body fluid contamination in the pool. On these occurrences, we are required by the Health Department to deal with each incident in a sanitary manner. Depending on the severity of the incident, we may have to close for up to 8 hours. In most instances, we can reopen within an hour. We realize this is a sensitive topic, and that not all incidents can be prevented or avoided. However, if the incident occurs before the safety break, free swim passes will be awarded. We wanted to make our patrons aware of this and help you understand that these situations are beyond our control and can not result in refunds if this occurs after our safety break. Thank you for your time and patience on this matter.
