· REFUNDS:
If you cancel class 48 hours before class begins a full refund will be given less a $15.00 processing fee. If we cancel a class due to minimum enrollments not being met, you will receive a full refund.

· Classes must meet a minimum enrollment to be held.

· The pool closes whenever the school has been closed due to inclement weather. Tune into WHMI for closing updates, or check our home page.

· CLOSINGS DUE TO WEATHER.
During inclement weather, please check the aquatic center's home page, with WHMI, or call us at 517-548-6355 for cancellations. (Note: the posted updates above will replace any calls made on our part to class participants.)

· The Howell Area Aquatic Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles left unattended.

· Personal locks are recommended, but will be removed each night if left on the locker.

· Lockers can be rented on a quarterly basis for $15.00. Please supply your own lock.

· ALL RATES ARE EFFECTIVE: April 1 to May 23, 2008
