Strength Training
Sepetmber 15 - December 31, 2008

Using dumbbells, resistive tubing, exercise balls and your body’s weight, we will strengthen from head to toe. Challenge yourself to personal limits and firm your muscles. Muscle tissue burns calories 24 hours a day! Get up and get moving! Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.


Tues. and Thurs................10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Cost: Exercise Frequency or $6.50 walk-in rate
