Arthritis & Special Population
June 2 - August 29, 2008

This class will lead participants through a series of specially designed exercises which, with the aid of the water’s buoyancy and resistance, can help improve joint flexibility.

 

The gentle movements can also help to relieve pain and stiffness. Any adult with arthritis or other physical ailments are encouraged to join this class. It is not necessary to know how to swim.

 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:30-12:20 p.m.
