Anyone participating in a non-instructional or structured exercise class should have a health history form on file with us and update it on an as needed basis. This is for your protection and enables us to be aware of any health concerns you may be having. It will be at instructor's discretion to ask a participant for a doctor's referral if that participant warrants one. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

For the benefit and safety of all participants, please be on deck and ready to begin class at the scheduled time.

CLASS ETIQUETTE

*Our instructors want your workout to be fun as well as beneficial, so socializing is an important part of our exercise classes. However, when other class participants are distracted or the instructor has difficulty being heard, conversations become a problem. Class participants may be asked to minimize talking for the maximum benefit of all. Your cooperation is appreciated.
